About me.

With over a decade of experience as a UX designer, I have dedicated my career to creating intuitive, engaging, and user-centered digital experiences. As a seasoned UX designer, I have honed my skills in understanding user needs, crafting seamless interfaces, and ensuring that every interaction is both meaningful and efficient. My journey in UX design has been driven by a passion for innovation and a commitment to improving the way users interact with technology.

As a UX Designer, I designed web interfaces for both desktop and responsive environments, as well as apps for iOS and Android, through a continuous improvement process. I conducted A/B tests and user research to inform design decisions. Additionally, I led redesign and enhancement efforts for proprietary web applications, including CRM and other administrative tools. These contributions resulted in improved user engagement, increased usability, and more efficient administrative workflows.

I started my career in 2004 working at a small web agency called LiveNet, where I started creating websites for several companies such as Yokohama Brasil and HSBC Brasil. Many years have passed since then and I have gained a lot of experience.

I also worked as a graphic designer, creating online and offline campaigns and designing packaging.

In 2019 I moved to Germany to work as a Sr. UX Designer in Berlin, and during Covid in 2020, I decided to work in the healthcare sector by moving to the United Kingdom, where I could make a difference at such a delicate moment in history, when I joined Cera Care working as a UX designer to improve the experience of workers who were on the front lines caring for the elderly.

My Values

01

Passion is everything.

I am deeply passionate about creating experiences that genuinely resonate with users. This drives me to immerse myself in understanding their needs, behaviours, and pain points, ensuring that every design decision I make is rooted in delivering value and delight.

02

Always be learning.

The world of UX is ever-evolving, and I am dedicated to continuous learning and improvement. Whether it’s mastering new tools, keeping up with industry trends, or gaining insights from user feedback, I strive to grow my skills and adapt to new challenges.

03

Embrace your creativity.

I believe in the power of creativity to solve complex problems. Whether it’s exploring new design concepts or finding innovative solutions to user challenges, I embrace creative thinking as a way to push boundaries and craft unique, impactful experiences.

04

Stay humble.

I approach every project with humility, understanding that the best designs come from collaboration and iteration. I value feedback from users, stakeholders, and peers, and am always open to refining my work to achieve the best possible outcome.

05

Empathy for Users & Colleagues

Empathy is at the core of my design philosophy. I strive to understand the perspectives and emotions of users, ensuring that my designs are inclusive and accessible. This same empathy extends to my colleagues, fostering collaboration and open communication within teams.

06

I am committed to delivering high-quality work that reflects a keen attention to detail. I believe that even the smallest design elements can have a significant impact on the overall user experience, and I take pride in refining every aspect of my work to perfection.
